Teh Tarik Session: Dialogue With Industry

MIER held its first “Teh Tarik Session” on 15 September, 2023.Puan Zarina Nalla, the COO, offered her opening remarks, which was followed by Dr. Shankaran Nambiar’s presentation on current business and consumer sentiments. Dato’ Aminudin Hashim, MIER’s non-resident senior fellow, spoke on how SMEs can navigate success in the current economic environment. The event was highly interactive, with participants sharing their perspectives and experiences on the Malaysian ecosystem and the need for Malaysia to ramp up its game in an increasingly competitive global economy.
